Cheap Web Traffic CPV (real visitors, dif. IPs)

I'm using a service from here marketplace and get cheap traffic, the problem the IP is not diverse enough (USA and INDIA for most).
Do anyone know alternative source where i can find cheap visitors ($0.05 per 1000)

Hei Renome, what do you mean by IP diversity? You mean that most of the traffic you are currently buying comes only from a few IP classes?
I'm afraid that you can't really find good/diverse for that price range, it's a super low price even for IN GEO.

50 cents sounds better for IN and also will get you some US traffic

I work for PopCash and our floor minimum is 20 cents regardless of GEO. Feel free to hit me up if you guys need any help.
Or you can just quote me here and I'll try to give you some info on what you're looking for, there's bunch of networks on the market, not just us.

There is someone selling a guide with a list of cheap traffic platforms.
Make a search in the Misc section and see if it could fit your needs.
