You won't have any problems if you know what you're doing (each photo is unique (hash changed), bio is unique)
 
Do i have to use a proxy to login into these accounts? Also can i login to the accounts via my the app with my personal mobile phone ?

Have you ever worked with IG accounts? In short, you have to use proxies + software if you're working with large numbers of accounts.
