Create a landing page that looks somewhat official. Definitely highly blackhat, but probably works. Surf the CPA networks to find a good offer that matches with something students would want.

Offer them high-paying jobs which require specific set of skills, and then offer them courses that teach those skills. Don't forget to add an affiliate link to these courses. The students will find value and stick to your mailing list.

Thanks. I thought of this but I am new to CPA offers. I only have CPAgrip and I can't use clickbank. The main issue is finding an offer that is available for everyone. I sent them to my Adsense blog and checked their IPs. Most of them are from Pakistan and African Countries. Any ideas? I wish to get more emails today

If this is the approach you do on a routine basis, you may develop a simple web page with a database and collect their email addresses along with some basic information. You can quickly organise all of the email addresses and send emails to them based on their categories!! This will also aid future monetization!!

Solid idea. Just one problem, I am getting the emails from scholarship threads. These are tier three country people looking for free education. Do you think they will pay for courses? or am I missing something.

If the jobs are legit, they don't mind paying for these courses as they consider it to be an investment.

You may want to consider applying to more CPA networks. Given that, maybe ‘make money quick’ offers would be more beneficial.
Something cheesy like “short on money for books? This may be your way to financial freedom as a student’. Just spitballing but I’ve seen stuff cheesy like that work.

Create a landing page where you would place your offer or the thing you want to give to the students and add that page to your emails. Or you could join some affiliate network and share their links.
