Dear members,

So basically my question is this: Did you ever run grey ads with your personal ads and had any experience with law enforcement asking Facebook about your card details to determine who runs these ads?

Im using my personal cards on my grey ads and was thinking if it ever happened to anyone who had issues with this?
With issues I mean law enforcement writng to facebook and asking for the payment details of the ads to determine the owner of the card and thus the person running these ads?

thanks for your input.

Look, if you start to ask yourself questions like that. It will be a lot safier if you just buy Fb account ads or Credit card from this forum .

Yes, you are right, Ive already started to add new virtual card to the acs BUT you know, even when you delete the card from FB, they dont actually delete it. Few weeks ago, there was a virtual card on which I forgot to add balance to, and FB tried to charge that card which it couldnt due to low balance and then it tried to charge the card which I already had deleted! So I know they dont actually delete it..

So if anyone has experienced above question or heard about it, your input will be highly appreciated.

It wouldn't be financially feesible for Facebook or law enforcement to pursue minor charges related to online transactions when there are tens of thousands of large finial crimes being perpetrated online. I've personally ran dozens of Google ads threshold accounts with vcc and some with cc in other people's name and nothing ever came of it.

Same with pinterest, snap chat and Bing. So I doubt Facebook would.

Thanks for your input but that was not exactly what I was asking for.

We are using our own payment methods and paying for every cent for the ads. My question is, when running grey ads, would LE push for a court order to FB to hand over the payment method details used for a specific ads account so the LE can find out who has been paying for these ads.

In theory should be like this I think:

Court in X country sends a court order to Facebook. Facebook, if court order is valid, send the payment method used to the requesting country.
LE of requested country can check via BIN of the card the country. Then needs to issue another court order to the country where the card is issued,
the issuer country, if wants it, will ask its local LE to check it, local LE makes court order to banks to give info about the specific card holder contact details..

Is a bit long journey but is it do-able? ofcourse.. but will it happen?

Anyone had such experience with FB?
