I am building a SMM Panel in my own country, competition is very weak.

So I was wondering how Perfect Panel works?

Ok, they do 1k orders for $50, but what does it mean?

When someone buys 40k followers in my smm panel, will I pay the same the same thing to perfect panel as when someone buys 1k?

Exactly, but if you set too small minimum order amount, like 5 subs or 10 upvotes, you'll use up that limit quite soon. As mentioned before, you can start for free, by reselling services of other panels via their child panels (there are some that won't charge you anything for that). Though those panels have English interface, so depending on the country you live in your clients may have to use google translate plugin to navigate it.

do you mean $250 is just all you pay entirely? does perfect panel cover all your clients order cost? i thought to import services from providers you are to open an account with them and fund it?

He means that if you are using perfectpanel and you have for 50$ only 1000 order. That means that if you set-upped low min order rate - your clients very fast spend all your 1000 orders limit. So he means that you need to check which services better to leave at minimum rate and which make more higher.
