Quite expensive. If you spend that much, your ROI must be great. I'm a cheap ass. May you share an example of video at that (expensive) level? Not yours, any video.
2-4 hours is quite long for one video, maybe you put so much effect on it.

Depends on niche and quality.
If you have tight budget try some video editing tools with trial versions and make video yourself.

Some of the steps can be done by yourself, thus reducing the cost. Writing your own scripts and editing your videos can keep the cost as low as 25 dollars.Really expensive for newbie like me

Most of the people make the videos on their own. So their is just the set up cost. No expense per video after that.

I do a mix of create my own and outsourcing.
For outsourcing a standard 6-8 minute video, you are looking at around $100 for Script, VO and Editing. Thumbnails on top probably another $20.
For self-creation, it takes about 6-8 hours for a well produced video. I am well adapted to the whole process - Scriptwriting, Voiceover and Editing. I use Adobe Rush for simple projects and Premier pro for larger ones.
I recommend Premier rush if you are on a budget - you can do a lot within this simple software. Enough to make a video look good.
It completely varies on your niche and goal. You can output 10's of videos per day if they are really simple. Say you start a 'how to' channel with 2-3 minute videos showing how to do a simple task - you could realistically do 5 per day. But if you are doing extensive, highly polished content, then you could invest days or weeks producing one video.

It can take me 1-2 hours to make a video. It depends on the kind of video. I do simple compilations.
