Disavowing links

Hey.

I just got a very old domain for my niche and although it has some valuable links it also has plenty of links marked by ahrefs as DR0 (around 70% of them). Those "0" links are from shopping directories (almost 100% of them). Is there any sense to disavow them via GSC?

Those automated links... everybody gets them. You think google will penalise everybody? I doubt if google even indexes those sites.
So why bother?

PS: well... unless you want to work full-time disavowing those links as they will appear/disappear non-stop.

You can, I don’t think I’d waste my time doing all of them. You can submit disavow link lists directly to Google instead of individually.

Thank you. I was concerned since a lot of them are "0" and actually MOZ shows SS7%. Should I drop that domain or get it tested as I had already acquired it? ahrefs shows DR4, Backlinks 1,057 (89% ********), Referring domains 90, 98% do follow.

Low DR doesn't necessarily mean they are harmful, just weak.

Since you already have it, populate it with some content and see how it performs.

I got it two days ago and asked GSC to index four pages today. There are still four pages on Google that belonged to that domain in the past. Is it a good indicator and means I should have no problems getting indexed (provided I don't break the "rules")?

I never bother disavowing links. But I also don't have big businesses, like SEMRush for example. If I were SEMRush and someone built 10k potential harmful links I would disavow them, but otherwise I never bother with this as Google ignores these links (I'm not sure about adult links pointing to non-adult niches, though, they might be harmful but I never gotten such links so I'm not sure if they're harmful or not. Someone can maybe clear this up for me)

Generally, it is a good sign.

Can ahrefs do the same? Which one is better for checking backlinks or the difference is so small that it doesn't matter which I would go with for that matter?

This might be a problem. A lack of trust / suspicion.

The title tags are ended with "Directory+", all of them. Is it possible that the domain was banned by google or some manual action was taken?
