Need help promoting on Instagram

HI all,

I have a legitimate, full registered business that require promotion via instagram. Our instagram account is live but we can no longer promote (after many very successful promotion campaigns). I've singed up to BWH to find out if there are alternative ways to do what I need to do. We already have a medium sized community and the business was starting to flourish until Instagram decided I could keep my instagram account but no longer advertise.

I did try that, they reinstated me then banned the ad's again. Thats why I'm here.
