What is this WordPress plugin for WooCommerce?

Hi all,

I need a WordPress plugin that will allow me to collect additional information (e.g file upload, specific customer's requirements, etc) "after successful purchase" of a specific product. For example product A (web design) has specific requirements that are different from product B (email verification) and I need to collect additional information for each product after successful checkout.

Is there a plugin for this?
How do you manage to do this?
