I have an Instagram account that was promoting a legitimate, fully registered business. I was initially permitted to "boost" my ads and things were going to plan (i.e. people were visiting my website and registering for the service offered.). Instagram then banned my ads (but allowed me to keep the Instagram account live, I just cannot advertise. The reason was due to crypto currency policies. The ads are not for an ICO or anything illegal/scammy, a totally legitimate business with an active community.
I would like to know if anyone could suggest a service or method were I can continue to serve ads to very specific geo locations over 8 - 10 countries ? For example, advertising a link on another instagram account were ads are working , where that link redirects to my website ? Ideally, I would like to add the geo regions myself if possible (it takes quite a bit of time to select all the specific regions that I'm targeting.
I'm very keen to begin this asap and would appreciate any offers of services /methods to do this. I'm new to this website and will be happy to upgrade my account on BHW and do anything else required to get these ads going again.

ps (I should make it clear that my objective is not to 'buy followers' or 'buy likes' ; its simply to benefit from Instagrams legitimate advertising that they offer. If I can reach people in the same way I have previously when my Instagram account ads were permitted , I will be more that satisfied. )
