Auto-replay stream video on Tik-Tok. Any tools available?

Hi All,
I am looking for a tool which would allow me to record the stream (Live session of 1-2 hours) and then reproduce it on live stream 24/7. (The recording will repeat itself after getting to the end).
Is there any tool on the market capable to do that? Also, as tik tok only works on mobile devices, the tool should work on Android/IOS I guess. Planning to have that tool installed on Bluestacks on VPS.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Tik Tok also works on pc in browser as any other website.

Just play a video, right click the video, save as .mp4

Now mix that in premiere or sony vegas. Thank me later..
