After making me wait 2 months with zero growth to finally give my refund this guy shorted me $116 he asked for PayPal friends and family which had fees involved so I tried to be nice and save him on $1200 payment. So anyways he lied he blamed me and I would advise to not use his service. He is using mobile automation it won't work he has no accounts running on it only Jarvee which is barely working at all. But hey thanks for treating me like crap and then turning it around and blaming me. Good luck bro.

We have given you a full refund. We are not responsible for any fees lost due to Paypal, as you chose to have Consumer Protection, when we specifically stated that we do Friends & Family payments only.

After being severely abusive to multiple of our members of staff, and also threatening other members of this forum who offer Instagram Growth, we decided it was best to refund you.



Regarding the service, this strategy does not work for everyone. This is why we vet people to ensure that your account meets the standards required.

Indeed, a page like yours is not something we usually take on because of various reasons. But we felt bad that another member of BHW had 'scammed you'. So we tried to help. Ultimately, this was a red flag we should have seen.

When sending DM's for all of our clients, we expect a 1 in 5 to a 1 in 10 Followback. (For every 1 in 5 or 10 DM's, you gain a follower.)

Yours was 1 in 30-35+.



All in all, it was our mistake to accept you as a customer and unfortunately we are not a good fit for each other. This is why we gave you the full refund.

Regarding Jarvee - we do not use Jarvee. API bots are vulnerable to Instagram updates and we use real mobile phones to ensure consistancy.

The followback rate was 1 in 30-35+, rather than 1 in 5 - 1 in 10 (average)

Our service cannot force people to follow you. This is why we vet people to make sure they are suitable. I admit here we accepted her when we shouldn't have.

We tried to communicate with her, for example, when we suggested to add some hashtags, she accused us of trying to send her low quality followers on purpose and accused us of trying to scam her.

Regarding the customer above, please be sure to ask another BST member @Razentyler his opinion and experience with her trying to grow her Instagram. I'm sure he will tell you the same sort of story :)

No problem at all ! We're mainly working with big agencies at the moment - BHW has been really good for us. So we're limiting retail orders until the foreseeable future:)

Please note, we are the only verified Mother/Child service on BHW for a reason.

Also, this person who left this feedback tried many different growth methods on Instagram, but none worked because nobody would follow her - this is why we gave a refund. Most of her followers are fake/inactive and we advised her there just wasn't any point running the service, since nobody was following her from our DM's.
