The traffic from PropellerAds is known as worst bot traffic that doesn't convert.

I would extract the list of requests from your access.log, use a tool to look up the IP addresses (data center, VPN, public proxies) and request a refund from PropellerAds or start a chargeback.

pop or push? 120 clicks are nothing. What's your offer, how much is the payout? You should spend at least 10 times the payout then start optimizing, based on data. 120 clicks aren't data.

I have made good money with propellerads push traffic for lead gen sent to a pre-lander.

But like most similar networks they have lots of bot traffic, you just have to filter it out.

Push traffic and the offer is 5$. The one thing that makes me angry, we can say that 122 people were intrested to click the offer (direct link) and none of them have signed up, so it makes me suspicious that is shit bot traffic.

Hard to say, 120 clicks is not enough data to form an accurate decision if it is bot or not.
