We will never stop accepting BTC as we do for the last 10+ years and we will continue paying our affiliates with BTC .
Even aliens are talking about crypto.

When I read these comments, I might think these are all crypto whales here, all millionaires. "Buy the dip", "buy cheap", "it's a sale", this is all part of the bigger scenario". Come on guys, don't be pathetic. You've been all telling this at 50k, 40k, now at almost 30k. I heard these stories before the wall street crash in 2008, i lost a lot then. If the wall street crashed, imagine what can happen to something imaginary like crypto. You don't know anything, you're just like a football fans. You think you know everything, but eventually you're just watching the match, cheering for your team and hoping not to lose.
Is this sarcasm? The difference is that #1, crypto isn't based on the shit that happens in the US, the rest of the world has a say and only a fraction are moving the market currently. #2, technology doesn't move backwards it only moves forward. That being said, decentralized finance is where the world is going and there is no stopping it. Do what makes you feel comfortable. For me, I'm hedging on the fact that technology moves forward and crypto is part of that technology that is opening up doors to more innovation.

I don't think we've reached the bottom yet, 2022 will generally be bearish, I need to pay off lots of things but once I get that taken care of, I'll probably invest 50k or so in ETH after it's reached the bottom.
ETH 2.0 will be easily worth $30-40k, so if I can get a 20x on $50k, I'll make a cool million and forget about crypto.
I hate stocks and the "markets" I like the amount of money I make depending on me and not random laws and goverments but even then I can see patterns and will play a bit with solid coins.

People defending the technology in this thread probably claim to know much more about it than the dude who created Ethereum.

"Hype" I think is basically the amount of people investing in it vs the number of people using it for utility.

Think of companies like Wal-mart where most people are customers and not investors. Crypto is the opposite.

BHW is the exception, where we have a large number of people paying with it.

Either way, there's enough hype to make a quick buck so why not?

That's your explanation? That technology doesn't move backwards, only move forwards? And with this statement you consider yourself investor in crypto? Good luck mate!

Just anoth cycle, if yiu are into this, then this is the best time to buy.. Easy 100%

I lost 70% of my crypto investment in this bsarish marker but I don't care.. because I know it will turn into profit sooner or later

Good question! I've been thinking about that as well for some time now. But I feel there is too much to be made via crypto by the whales so I don't think they will let it die like that.

Not an explanation, it's a premise for my philosophy in where I put my time and money. I'm not here to write up an essay on why I'm right. I'm not here to convince you about the future of crypto. I don't care what you do, I'm just pointing out a very logical reason that if you extrapolate on; you can see the point. New technologies always have growing pains but they inevitably stabilize and move forward.

Yeah, you're probably way smarter than him.
Thanks for your compliment, but i am not. Maybe you are, and that's the reason why you are defending him, because you know more than me, in this case, congrats.
I only share my vision about him. And give some reasons to not believe in what he say

I would buy $1000 BTC if I have spare money in a month :)
Price will go up for sure.

I don't really care about the politics or the logistics of the crypto space. I have no skin in the game here; however, when one of the most prominent "founders" of the space says it's overhyped, I'm going to give that some credit. He's been dealing with crypto & blockchain technology years before it was mainstream. Generally speaking, I think people who look to undermine his expertise in this field are usually the ones who have an ongoing interest for the price to continue to rise, and they will generally look for reasons to dismiss what he's suggesting.

I think that's true for most things, though. People will generally look for reasons to dismiss ideas that don't benefit them. I do that too.

That's all.

Everyone is still talking about crypto you have to be blind as a bat or disconnected from the crypto space to see what's happening. As far as I can see whales are just taking profit from the months of hype that lead to the surge in prices thus the constant decline, but whilst everyone is panicking and selling their cryptos its probably the best time to start buying and holding those coins.

Also crypto will definitely start to rise again in the near future as the fed and various governments are trying to implement the use of cryptocurrency as a form of legal tender or to full on of get rid of notes and start to utilize digital currency as their primary form of currency.

Sometime cryptos might fall to 0. But I think we're going to have corrections soon, that time has not arrived; Yet.
