How do i go about ranking for these keywords? So far i purchased a 10 PBN links and waiting for results.

How would you guys start to rank for these keywords?

Seven essential steps you need to take to rank for your keywords ,
1. Keyword research
2. Site structure
3. SEO content audit
4. Content creation, optimization, and on-page SEO
5. Link earning
6. Social media
7. Track performance

The first thing you should do is a good on page seo. If these are long tails, on page optimization should be the most important thing.

Generally you should use the same procedure in all your sites, specially for niches.
Be aware that despite you feel there is a low competence, you could be wrong and things could be harder than you expect.
If you always do the same mechanism, you could evaluate better at the end, if it was a harder o a simpler niche, according to your knowledge.

Start investing your time and effort into SEO and think about the way how to improve your site as this is basically a starting point for all future activities. Aim not to buy too many links, as this tactic won't be too helpful in the long term, be patient and start slowly making the progress and ranking desired phrases.

Buying links on new sites is an ideal solution. New sites need some time before you can buy links. Give it some more time to build some natural-looking links and add more content.

So, first you need to do on-page SEO. You need to make sure that Googles engine can properly read what you’re trying to rank for. See this thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/guide-full-example-of-how-to-do-on-page-seo.1251425/

Afterwards, you need to focus on your keywords and searcher intent. Meaning, if you were searching for information with those keywords, would your content answer your questions?

Lastly, you want high quality tier 1 links. Niche edits, guest posts, high DA/PA low spam score links.

Tier 2s can be of slightly less quality as in Web 2.0s, lower metric PBN, etc. Over time, your rankings will increase.

If you cannot get onto the first page after some time, do a competitive analysis of what’s ranking on the first page for your keywords. Look at the backlink profile and overall content structure of the website ranking.

Hope this helps!
