2)There is no service in the market for report spam twitter, only fb,ig,youtube . But you can do it by send low quailty bot followers , twitter will notice that profile have too many bots they will remove the account. But this not guarantee it's just an idea

First of all, thank you for the opportunity given to try the service. I tried the Twitter service, the first quick look is they look like real profiles with some retweets inside the profile. The numbers requested were delivered which was positives.

However, taking a closer look I could see four-five same profile pictures but a completely different name, that shows me they’re actually bots. After a week or two the followers started to drop, and I’m guessing some bots dropped because the few profiles with the same picture I could no longer see in the follower list.
