Hello everyone,

Here in Greece cbd started becoming famous and it is still at the early stages, there is only one big store and i happenned to meet the guy owning it and we talked about opening a franchise store. He has great connections and suppliers. We aggreed upon the details. He won't charge me for franchise name and will only charge me the products 10% what he gets them. He is a really ambitious young person who just want his brand to get big atm. I'm still struggling to find a nice spot. Let's say I find the spot. What are the next things I can do to attract new customers and most importantly returing customers?

Thank you in advance to everyone that answers. btw this is an all in for me, im just 20 years old and this is all the money I made since I started working when i was 17. Thanks again !

If by spot you mean a physical address - store - you should aim to rank your site locally.
Being at Greece, I don't think it will take long for those searching for the term "buy cbd in greece" to find your site with a phone number and address.
Your site may also be an extension of you local store to take orders for nation wide delivery.

That's pretty good advice , the store will also be in wolt and efood (both are like Uber eats) so we can do deliveries..

Aditional to any business listing do not forget to put your physical store on google maps, I assume your partner takes care of all the social media part for the ''global brand'', yet you may ask him whether you could run your own local social media pages, i.e: ''@brandname_athens'' or whatever city you'll be placing your store at.
