Hey people, what would your plan of action be SEO wise after launching a new brand. Let's say that the website/brand has gone through all the initial SEO checklist steps prior to launch.

I've listed the following:
SERP Rank checking
Ongoing Technical Optimisation such as: missing alt tags, optimising H1 tags, adding internal links, fixing broken internal linking and external links
Update content
Prune underporfming content
Create a content strategy with keywords in mind - maybe even through buzzsumo
Backlink Outreach Program

Am I on the right track or am I missing something?

Thanks!

Include Social media promotion once the technical errors.

Is it a fresh site or an old domain?

Please check the following points that can be really done for a newly launched brand -

Be consistent on all platforms
Connect with your target market authentically
Prepare content to support launch engagement
Have systems in place to handle growth
Don't count on that launch buzz to last forever
Create a limited time offer
Give a behind-the-scenes breakdown of your new brand
Host a virtual or real-life launch party

How are you fixing broken internal links ?
There are some Wordpress tools like link whisper. Google Search console also has a feature to find internal links and there is also Screaming Frog that crawls your website and gives you a bunch of data, one of which is broken internal links

You are definitely on the right path, just dedicate yourself more to keywords, research them and start implementing them as much as you can on the site. Also, if you want to start getting some results from SEO, you have to attract traffic to the site and you can achieve that by promoting it extensively across the web.
