best free on is ahrefs but if you want to check realtime then manually would be good !

Yes it has an Index Check option when viewing the Verified urls you created in the campaign

Ahrefs is good for checking the backlink. Google search console is also good but slow.
linkbox.pro has google index checker but it is paid tool

recently I have dozen WIKI links that show in AHREFs, but are not in search result. personally I trust:
"https://mysite.com" -site:mysite.com

Ahref is the best one to check for indexing. Apart from that you can have a try with Scrapebox. By considering two my opinion is going for ahref. If you dont want tools means check manually.

you can google it and you can find many of the tools which helps you to check the index of the backlink
