you dont need your supplier. you can simply file for a trademark, but thats not something you should do in your first 6 months of sales id say.

For what I remember, this depends on the country. Years ago I gave up on FBA because of those regulations in my country, which would make me pay crazy taxes even without earning shit

Instead of giving up you can just sell on amazon.com ... just because you live in a certain country doesnt mean you must sell in that country's amazon.

But you need to open a company in US, don't you? And last time I looked into it it wasn't as easy as it used to be, at least for foreign nationals.

not hard at all to start an llc and a us bank account i know many people that dont live in the US and start them

Amazon just announced a decrease in fees for 'small and light' items which are items that used to be up to 12 oz, now these items are up to 3 LB (big change)
This will save us, amazon sellers, thousands. I always recommend selling 'small and light ' items due to the low fees (which are even lower now, plus u can sell heavier items and it will still be considered small)

These are just great news, another reason to start selling on amazon and making good $$$
