Loved the service! They reduced my page load time (desktop) from 2.8s to 0.7s and (phone) from 6.6s to 3.2s. They said they can reduce the phone page load time further for free but it would take some time because the theme needs optimization. They also added WPRocket for free, so, that is a very big plus!
I highly recommend this service as they are fast(only 36 hours TAT), and very polite and thorough!

I had someone optimize my site for Core Vitals not too long ago. Yeah they deleted many important plugins. For example, Yoast was slowing down the site. So they just deleted the plugin and wiped out most of my on-page SEO eventually tanking the site to the depths of Google.
Hows your process? Do you make optimizations like removing plugins that insert data?
Also want to make sure you're not using something like Nitropack that tricks Google instead of actually speeding up the site.

Hi, we don't use Nitropack.
We are not going to remove Seo plugins.
SEO It doesn't make sense to mess with your settings
Our process is a completely optimized process to speed up your site.

I have taken the optimization service and I have to say that I am not disappointed. Laplace is friendly, attentive and does a good job. He has done some fine tuning and the site has seen its metrics go up like rockets 
. He also configured Wp-Rocket well so for me, I validate you can go there with your eyes closed!
