[Question] Are Youtube backlinks beneficial?

Hi,

I assume that having backlinks from YouTube is beneficial to my ranking.
But I had some details to ask:

Is it enough for my e-commerce shop to just have an account and add our URL to the profile, OR
do we need to upload a couple of videos here and there with our different links inside their description? Or rather we would need traffic?

We already have enough content that we use on Instagram, we would just need to repost them there. IF it would be worth the time.

they don't boost ranking but are good for trust and diversity and help for indexing (but not always, I use them for blog posts mainly and sometimes it works, but maybe it's just not related at all and just luck).

You can also make content using some software, I heard that Lumen5 can make videos using AI from written blog posts without much work, and there is a free plan, but I don't know how much videos you can make in the free plan (I think 5 per month), but for some links it's good enough, I think.

You can actually try out both approaches as they would both be good. Definitely go also with uploading videos and adding links, as it will drive you more traffic.
