Need a proxy for Gmail! Help?

I need a proxy to use with Gmail (account creation and sending emails).

Who is a good provider, and do I need a SOCKS proxy. or HTTP or HTTPS?

I am interested in the 4G mobile proxy (dedicated), and I want to use it for sending some emails with multiple gmail accounts using multi login software. Is "1 package of 4G mobile (dedicated) proxy" enough to manage the numbers of account I want or do I need to assign 1 4G mobile proxy (dedicated) for a each account? which I don't think I can be able to afford considering the number of gmail accounts I intend to manage.

Please let me know if 1 subscription of 4G mobile proxy (dedicated) could be assigned to multiple accounts with a multi login software.
