I ordered scrapebox but i never got the activation mail.

It says up to 12 hours, but its 24 hours already....

Someone bought it from the website? How long did it take to get the key? Dont want to open a paypal dispute so early.

Well, the support wasn't really helpful, but I found out I had to start the software first and fill in all my details manually to request a license. Totally weird.

I thought it would be sent automatically to the PayPal address. Now I have to wait again...

That's probably to prevent group buy and such kind of license abuse, not saying it's everyone's intention, of course.

Would you be able to tell me what support said that wasn't helpful so i can look in to what happened?

All details required to activate and the download link are sent automatically to the PayPal address. Then you run the software and enter your purchase Name, Email and Transaction ID from PayPal.

The Name doesn't matter, it's mostly for your reference and is handy for companies who have multiple licenses assigned to different employees. So it's just the Email and Transaction ID that need to be right, just like entering a Username and Password.

Also, Scrapebox was/is developed & ran by a user on the forum and his team. @Sweetfunny.

They're nice folks. They might be able to check for you. Sometimes support is backed up, it happens to the best of us really.

Thank you and that's true, we have customers back to 2009 who we are still providing free updates and support to from the $47 one time purchase they made way back then. So 12 years of customers to support is a lot, and we are only a small team to keep costs low and provide the most software for the money we can.

So yes we do get backed up at times, but try to reply within 24 hours. But we are only human and sometimes things slip through the cracks. Thanks for the support mate. :)

Not a problem, always happy to help! That is a long time to be responsible for the support of a product, let alone a product as successful as yours. Amazing work done by you & your team.
