Hi just got in to this. but having trouble watching the videos. Hope its a temporary glitch and you guys fix it soon

Can't get to the vids either - really hope this is a short-lived problem - @ukescuba, I've sent a ticket through the site's Contact page but as you've over here at the min thought I'd let you know I'm having the same issue as others ref: accessing the vids

Sorry fellow BH's if we're giving a bad impression. There is a notice addressing this issue strait away saying that hopefully it will be fixed in a couple of hours. I guess like the others we're all really pumped up about this and can't wait to start. I'll be abit more patient, its a hosting thing and not UKEscuba's fault.

Am sorry! I know some of you are having issues getting to the videos!
Am already on it guys - hence the delay in responding
my videos are getting slammed right now i use streaming video and have limited connections have currently put in second request in as many day to upgrade my flash server.
Sorry for the inconvenience! It may take an hour or so for the upgrade to kick in - thinking im gonna have to get a mirror flash server here real soon!

Unfortunately if i dont get notification if my connections are at capacity and they dont auto extend the number of connections either, just added a load more streams so hopefully everyone should be good again
i certainly dont have a problem people telling my they are having issues, i am here to help you so i need to know!
im heading out right now got some family business to deal with - im gonna be on the road for 2hrs but have my netbook with me and will stop and check in with you all periodically
as you've probably noticed i dont leave my customers high and dry!
thanks again everyone for your awesome feedback - makes doing this type of stuff all that more worthwhile!

the third upgrade of the flash server should be in place now.
i never expected the tutorial to be this popular!
in order to allow people to watch the tutorials that they have paid for its only right that I temporarily stop taking orders! that sucks for me lol but i just want those people that have paid for access to the tutorials at least a chance to watch them, at the same time it will give me chance to to get a second streaming server setup.
I am on the road right now and dont have a proper internet connection, however i believe everyone who has requested a license key for script has one, and that i have also replied back to everyones PM's as well as all support requests *phew*
Again i apologize i never expected this amount of demand for the videos, but i do sincerely appreciate your understanding.
I will update this thread once things are back to normal.

am sorry man i am about 1.5hrs from San Antonio i didnt expect to be making this trip today and wasnt able to give everyone my full support as usual.
as soon as i get back on my regular machine im gonna reset my servers and find out what the issues is - i have been on the phone and upgraded my streaming flash server 3 times now in 2 days and have well over 100 available streams right now to the videos and theyre all available with 10 people signed in to the tutorial site, so there is no reason for the videos not to stream - however i know they are not streaming as i cant access them either.
but i cant do much right now sat in the car in the middle of nowhere stealing some strangers internet connection! lol
please bare with us i understand you frustration and am doing what i can with my available resources...
i should be back 1.5hrs to 2hrs depending on traffic.

It's all good, I'm in the Uk it's not like I expected to watch the vids and wake up a millionaire. They'll still be there when the bandwidth issue is over.
Even so I got my moneys worth already I've been wanting to do some joomla stuff and from the little I've seen you spell it out like a good teacher.
