How to Download and upload Wordpress site?

You can use the Duplicator plugin.
Otherwise, you need to upload your files with a FTP client like FileZilla and import the MySQL database using phpMyAdmin.

If it's a HTML site, just download all the files at the public_html level and upload those at the same level in the new hosting account.
You can do this on cPanel.

The thing is, I don't want to actually pay for anything on Wordpress.
It says my only option (since its a new domain) is I have to pay a certain fee per month to use Wordpress with the domain. I don't want to do this.
I just want to do the free design on Wordpress, download it, then I can upload it with Cpanel / filezilla as others suggested no problem, I know how to do that. I just don't know how to download it.
I know there are tools like HTTRack, but since it's not actually a SITE it's just a design on my wordpress account???

Also I just checked, this seems to be a good idea but I have to pay the subscription to get plugins. I don't want to pay at all

If you mean to clone a WordPress site that you have done, you can do it with the "All-in-One WordPress Migration" plugin, if I'm not mistaken, it's in the download section

He mentioned he has domain and hosting. Then said he have to pay for wordpress which he doesn't want. If he has hosting and cpanel, he can install wordpress for free.
What is OP trying to do? You can install wordpress themes.

While most hosts offer free migration service so maybe yoou can talk to your hosting and they may move it for free

I'm already paying for hosting.
I already said I know how to do this. I want the HTML from the actual site that I designed. It is not a site yet, it is just a design. How do I download the design??
Thanks, but the thing is it is not a site yet. I have not purchased wordpress, so my design is merely a design in my account.
I have a separate site with hosting that I paid for, but I do not want to pay to connect it to wordpress.
I am trying to copy the content from the design I made on wordpress, and put it on my current website.

I have a site I paid for the domain and hosting. It is currently running.
I want the design I made on Wordpress to be on that site. I do not want to pay for the Wordpress service or wait 1 week for domain transfer. I want to keep the domain where it is.

U not need a host or domain to test WordPress, or pay to use WordPress.org
You can download Xampp and test WordPress in your computer for free and without internet if you want. Only download xampp and WordPress from WordPress.com
