The cheapest in this list was $5 few months ago when I compiled this list, and the most expensive was $13, so you're bound to find something that suits you. Please note, however, that I've not tested any of these so I can't vouch for their security, privacy, speeds, or whatever. You'll have to bite the bullet yourself. I do have a HostKoala plan ($5 per year), though, but I haven't used it yet. Maybe next month...

I've been trying out hostkoala for their $5 a year (yes per YEAR) hosting for an adult site I own built on WP for the last few months.. zero complaints - fast, reliable, no issues whatsoever...

They use Directadmin instead of cpanel but that hasn't been a problem for me at all either

+1 Hostkoala is awesome so far.

I even host our company website on it. No illegal shit. Everything is professional and customer support is great. $5 per year is a steal, you won't go wrong.

Do you guys get negative experience from your clients when they check which webhosting you have, when using Hostkoala as example?

I mean you have a business website you are a coach, wp developer whatsoever, then using webhost like Hostkoala, Hobobost, etc, etc...?
