ok thanks guys well that answers it for me i will have to find out why, must be my firewall blocking, or isp is blocking

Ok guys this is the solution, isp or demonoid is blocking Germany at the moment so just got to

http://anonymouse.org

and you can get through from there without messing with proxies, this works for all countries that are blocked.
