Need help with managing 100s gmails account?

The idea is to create more 100s gmail account and and i want to add an recovery email address from which i will access those created accounts using pop3 or imap

But could it be suspicious if the same recovery email is attached to all the accounts also i doubt if there are certain limitation usage of same recovery email?

I am seeking for some help......

Yes, don't do it. Better register a random domain of your choice and set up a forwarding of incoming emails.

I think using other email service provider such as outlook, yahoo will also work for recovery email what's your idea about it

That works too, but you're going to have to register a bunch of additional email addresses - it would be free though, but going the domain route, you can set it up so every email to the domain goes to a single account, which would be easier to manage. Either way, you'll run into problems if you use one backup for 100 accounts.

I don't get the point what you said the (Domain route)?

I use the same recovery email for the accounts, they work fine

if you can elaborate more specific with usage, might get better recommendation
i.e if you just need bare gmail, gmail from gsuite will fit you best. Managing hundreds even thousands without worrying they will ask for phone/email verification

Lets say i have 100s gmail now i want to access the inbox messages from of those accounts
but all email providers have some limitation like 15 - 20 connection per ip

Not all. Gmail from gsuite have no IP limitation. I open hundreds of them daily without any proxy and works perfectly fine.

They won't use the same recovery email address, just the same domain.

Example:

johnsmith (at) mydomain com
janedoe (at) mydomain com
bartsimpson (at) mydomain com

mydomain com will use a catch-all email forwarder to forward all incoming emails to ricky (at) cool com.

After 50 Gmail accounts just register a new domain.
