I just got 2 sample forum backlinks. The posts are well written and placed in the relevant forum threads. The forums are good quality and not spammy.

One of the links is do-follow another is no-follow.

Overall I think it's an excellent job for the money! I'd recommend the service and will be ordering myself in the future.

The only drawback is the forum pages are not in the google index, although they are not fresh.
