I have two tiktok accounts that are in the same niche. On one account, the videos that I post are always flagged for Illegal activity, when they are not illegal. If I upload the same videos on my other account, nothing happens. The main account that keeps getting flagged will get perm banned if it gets flagged one more time. Should I just make the second account the new main account and delete the account that keeps getting flagged? Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

Account is shadowbanned. Leave that account and use second one only.

If you use both account under the same phone, same IP address, it affects both accounts. I had 3 accounts under 1 phone and when my account got banned, other 2 stopped getting views as well. When you get shadow ban ( you can click analytic and it doesnt show any blue bar you are shadow banned) don't post anything for both accounts at least 3-4 days.

Do not use the same account on same ip and phone. They can detect that and ultimately will shadow ban both.
Maybe you should write to support and find out the reason for the ban?
