Sorry to say the truth, but you don't have any knowledgement! None! And even if you have (which is kind dangerous) because you don't use your brain to think about things.
IONOS is managed by 1&1 Company, a Germany company. Of course they don't allow those things in their network and servers, but this guy comes here saying that they allow without visiting and reviewing their Terms of Service, SO I WILL HELP @r3L4x to find the "text" what proves what I'm saying and to demonstrate that he is unable to give a good tip or anything related with that, anyone who recommends 1&1 or GoDaddy (or other of EIG Company) for Offshore hosting have a lack of knowledge might be your case, or in horrible scenario he is unable to think about privacy and security lol this is bad for his security and brain.

Why you are online? Quite easy to understand, most of those Companies have more than 10,000 clients some of them more than 100.000 do you think they will control every single abuse? Is hard, is not easy to do it. GoDaddy receives abuses everyday of their Phishing domains, websites with phishing of banks etc and they take time to take action or refuse to take action because their excuse is "a lot of clients" but still in their terms of service, and some of domains are blocked and suspended in the same day of received abuse.
Seriously, you @r3L4x if you don't know or you lack of knowledge, better doing your own research.
Because I read (very fast and not all) terms of service of IONOS and they sell your data and they can suspend you and reserve the right to don't cooperate with you (like backups?) in case of Suspension, block of your servers.
For Anti-Piracy organizations, why they will lose time to takedown a probably "small fish" or think if they already have your "contact" like IP Address, logs everything is being logged by IONOS.. And they are laughing very hard in their office, because you used a company that is very EXPLICT they don't allow that in their contract.
Good LUCK! Don't be surprised if one day you have police at your home...

First of all 1and1 changed name to ionos and they where Germany company
from beginning, now they belong to United Internet.
Second thing, terms of use is only for laws, please show me big hosting
company who will gonna add in their terms of use that they accept pirated
websites.
I host my websites with them long time ago and know that Ionos is biggest
cash grab company and they don`t care what services you host. Just keep
paying them. In 6 - 5 years I paid them huge amounts of money.
Usually I start with nulled script and I never had any problems.

My movie website whose just a test website, it did not succeed, I don't know
what you'd happen if I had huge amounts of traffic.
About server suspension, I always back up my websites to my computer and
I always pay using paypal. They suspend your servers (you refund money using paypal).
About Police people living in different countries In germany you can get police for
downloading a movie, in russia you can launch scam website and nothing will happen.
It is old saying in my country, dumb people are getting beaten even in churches.

And now? You are not suspended because you probably are a "Small fish" but when they want, and when they need they can do it and don't giving a shit about your website content about being losed or data loss, because they will use their terms of service as excuse.
