HOW TO STOP BOTS FROM ATTCKING SHOPIFY

recently, our shopify site is attacked by lots of such bots that end with categories not existing on our site . can anyone help how to stop these bots? it is very frustrating

I think you cant, even if you can you cant stop them 100%.

They don't do any damage, as Shopify can hold shit load of traffic

thanks but will this affect seo? it affects the data analytics so it will be better if there are some ways to stop this

It won't affect the SEO in any way.
Analytics wise, you can filter out pages that don't exists

ok thank you but the pages are changing all the time that end with some non-existing tags

so it is very hard to filter such kind of changing tags in GA

Not sure how to stop this, but you could take advantage by creating a HTTP redirect on those routes to your shop, at least its some free ranking

Last year I got a ton of fake FB purchases from Vietnam, and shopify didn't do shit. It was probably my competitors, I had to stop advertising to that country because it messed up my FB pixel. This behaviour doesn't look like could damage your store, except that you'll have to clear the data to read conversion rate, bounce rate, etc...
