here is the method
1. part1. open chrome
2. click the search bar on the top of your screen and type in http://chrome://settings then hit enter.
3. now click on privacy and security
4. click on security and then manage certificates.
5. now click authorities.
6. Keep open this tab while we work on part two, this is essential.
2. now go to a for sure know blocked site (for example, http://www.youtube.com/watch is probably blocked for you) and then wait for the blocked sign to appear.
3. now go up to the top left of the screen and click the lock button.
4. now hit the connection is a secure button and then the certificate is a valid button. it should bring you up to a certificate viewer.
5. now look at what certificate it is, right under the issued by text. memorize it some way, like writing it down on a piece of paper. you are now done with part 2
2. now find the exact certificate that you got at the end of part 2.
3. now click on the three dots, then hit edit.
4. now click the trust this certificate to identify websites. it should now be untrusted.
5. refresh your page and check whether or not it is saved. if it didn't save then repeat step 4 until it did save.
6. If it did save then refresh your page on youtube or whatever site you had open. it should now be unblocked!
