What supplements do you use?

The best supplement I used: Honey and Black Seed. I mixed them and ate them. This is natural stuff and it gives you lots of health and mental benefits. I had an injury in my right leg's knee and It was doing great when I was taking honey and black seed together. Nothing can work better than these 2 thing. Also try to burn some energy under the sun to get vitamin d.
I found about black seeds when i came to morocco 5 years ago, never used it in my life before, now it's my natural Antibiotic, i never integrate it in my routine though, do you take that mix every morning or what ?

Weed is also available in usa (leagally) but that's besides the point.
You are asking for medication than supplement so you should check with your doctor.
I personally use multi vitamin.

Well I'm trying to fix my eating habits and workout out regime, however, it's somewhat difficult due to my very chaotic working schedule.

Sadly, modafinil is illegal in my country. It's easier to get amphetamine or any other drug for that matter than adderall or modaf.

I feel you man. I also work 12-16 hour days and am basically rolling on coffee and cigs. Trying to quit sugar and eat healthier instead and do workouts on my free days, hopefully that will help my brain too.

Same lol
As a cigarette user and coffee drinker, I can only say I understand you.

The best and easiest thing you can do TODAY or tomorrow, is do a 16 hours ( 24 hours preferred ) fast. Just water. It will remove some(if not all) inflammation from your body and will make you a little more energetic. It's just a quick fix, not a solution. At least say no to sugar, it fucks you up on so many levels. I know it's hard, I was in the same spot.

I did exchange sugars with dark chocolate(85%). It still has SOME sugar in it, but it's mostly saturated fat and proteins, and it boosts your Test levels.

You can use it anytime. It can be morning or evening.

Hello BHW!

Basically, as the thread name suggests, what supplements do you use to increase your brain function, mental clarity and memory ?

I know a lot of you are from US and that adderall is available there, however that's not the case for where I'm from. Therefore, I'm looking for some kind of
nootropic that actually works for said thing.

Share your experiences and perhaps recommendations?

Cheers :)
I am in the same boat as you. I am 43 and I´ve been dealing with memory and mental clarity issues for a few years. I started taking nootropics, specifically Piracetam and it has greatly improved my situation.

I know there are other stronger nootropics but I started taking Piracetam because it´s the most widely used and it´s safe but I urge you to see a doctor and let him diagnose you before you start self-medicating.

Nothing for the brain, but I take vitamin D because I don't go out much and it's also scientifically proved to help prevent Covid.

Instead of supplements its better to go gym, keep positive friends circle, a supportive girlfriend.

Supplements make can make you their slave!

I have a home gym that I workout at and a supportive girlfriend with whom I live and no time for friends lol. My working schedule is so messed up that everything else is chaotic too.

But thanks for suggestion, glad that works for you!

Ashwagandha
If olive oil isn't a part of your diet, you're making a huge mistake

Can you elaborate on both? What effect do you feel when you use that Ashwagandha and olive oil? I use some olive oil, but I also press my own from pumpkin seeds or different kind of nuts.

Crystal Meth

I'm more into cocaine

I'm using this. It gives me so much strength <3

Glad it worked for you. Mind sharing what actual mental benefits did you feel?

Wife's juices are most helpful. No sex more stress - More sex no stress! Natural DOSE (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphin) is the best approach! :D

I have sex regularly AND I am on antidepressant, so I got that covered fam !

I do weed on a rare occasion, but that doesn't help with productivity at all, at least for me. As for the latter, it's more like I am asking for what works from others' experiences. Not necessarily meds.

Well I tried intermittent fasting sometime ago 8/16 and it was sooo difficult. The only thing I got out of it was that I started drinking sugarless espressos only. Haven't touched anything with milk or syrups in years lol. As for sugar... Yeah, that's difficult. Especially when I'm working at nights or long days, I start craving all that crap stuff.

Interesting. Is it freely available where you are from? In my country it's a prescription drug for some reason.

I actually did a test for vitamin D deficiency and took supplements for that as I was found lacking. Though I cannot get vitamin D without prescription for some reason. But fair to say that it helps with energy levels for sure

Yeah, what I meant is if something is available is USA doesn't mean start self-medicating.
Good luck!!

It's easy. Sleep for 8 hours. Don't eat 8 hours before going to sleep. Eat in the morning and following 8 hours.
However, it's nonsense. Similar to: OMAD diet, keto diet, vegetarian diet. Mere psychological benefits, no reason these would work on molecular level or something.
Belief these diets will change something on a significant level is like believing eating a lot of chicken is like injecting growth hormone.
I'm more into cocaine
Still better than intermittent fasting.

Piracetam is freely available. Here, it´s called Breinox but, other nootropics supplements do need a prescription drug for you to buy it.

Brain supplements? I'll eat a low dose of mushrooms sometimes to recharge my creativity. A low dose of LSD is comparable energy-wise to Adderall (also w/ the same creativity-boosting benefits). Most the time I just smoke a little herb. I don't need extra stimulation. My brain is already overclocked tbh. If you want energy look into Modafanil. I do not recommend cocaine. Save that for the rock concerts and loose women.

I am surprised nobody has said they microdose psilocybin yet

Sir, please.. be patient... we arrive in due time :D

I try to cover my micronutrients through diet (as everyone should), but some micro's such as magnesium are really hard to get enough of through diet so I put magnesium chloride in my water.

Also currently using benfotiamine which is a fat-soluble version of vitamin B1 (Thiamine) to resolve deficiency, definitely look into it.

When you fast you stop smoking or you still do it?

I still smoke. I also drink coffee. The point is to avoid any calorie intake. As I drink my coffee black, no sugar, it has no calories. An 16/8 intermittent fast is easier to handle at first. If you stop eating at 20:00, you can have lunch tomorrow at 12:00

Start microdosing and next thing you know you’re bonging down the psilocybin injections. Slippery slope.
