Urgent Help Needed

Hi Everyone. I need to hire VA's for telephony (for my agency), but I want to monitor them, also don't want to give them my customers details (phone number). Is there any software/platform which can solve my this problem? I tried searching google, but couldn't exactly found what I'm looking for. Please let me know if you have any solution to my problem. I need to setup everything within 12 hours.

I currently use a VA service here on BHW. I have had them hired for about a week and have critiqued them many times. (I am sure this is normal for any VA Agency).

I would highly recommend creating a FAQ sheet for them so its ready and I can recommend you who I use but can't vouche for instant 0-2 minute response time atm.

Currently about 70% of the time is around 0-2 minute response time.

Not sure if they have a Call Center but I can ask?

Maybe try Callrail? I’m not sure I fully understand what you are trying to set up. I know this service gives you a number for people to dial and forwards it but records the calls. May not be a complete solution for what you need.

bitrix platform (probably selfhosted) can be setup for this(enable call center with hidden phone numbers) but there is some learning curve to understand everything.. probably will not fit into 12h deadline

Thanks, but my problem is not finding VA. I want a software which can somehow hide phone number and also record calls, so I can exactly know how they're dealing with my clients.

Yeah, I just checked it. Look like a full CRM setup, won't be able to setup it early. BTW features looks promising thanks for such a good suggestion.

were you able to find something like this? need also a full CRM which I can hide numbers and also record the calls.
