Hi guys,

I just need simple guidance on my query. So I write an article, I am publishing it and submitting it to Google Search Console for indexing.

After a day, GSC shows that the link is indexed, but when I check in on Google with site:domain/link, it's not showing it. Any idea why this is happening?

Hope to hear something new!

Search for site:domain.com or try any other multiple variations such as www.domain.com, domain.com, http:domain.com. The search index doesn't work like that.

Edit: I just saw that you erased the url. This sometimes happen with a new websites. Give it some time.

That can happen to links from time to time.
I have one of my VA set for doing this on daily basis for all my links.

Maintain a excel sheet with each link:keyword.

So something like site:domain.com keyword
and search for them from time to time to see if its indexed in google.
If not, send a crawl request in console and they should be back the next day usually.

Yes links vanish at times (sometimes when server takes time to open a link when google crawls, google marks it as unfriendly for mobile or any other reason and takes them out, but still shows as indexed in console), just send a recrawl at such times

Check this from time to time.

Google for the past 3 month has been weird with indexation and "site:" command.
There is a lot of websites where site: has no results (Amazon in December for example was not appearing in google when typing site:amazon.com)

Google takes some time to show your URL in SERPs. Even if GSC says that the link is indexed, it might take 2-3 days to show up in search results.

Check in Mobil device, same issue with me my mostly post showing only mobile device after indexing....after 5,6 days I can see in desktop.

new pages can do this even though they may actually be indexed and cached. check back in a day.
