3 Really Good Questions

Hi, I've been following the black hat world for awhile now, but have not been in the game much. I have 3 questions that I have needed answered. Any help, advice, and suggestions would be great!

1. How do I setup a socks proxy --> TOR tunnel?

2. How do I setup a payment gateway that accepts debit cards and pays out without needing a social security number or other identification requirements?

3. And lastly, what are the best ways to get or buy traffic?

Google traffic is quite good but you need to sweat for it.
It really depends on your site and business how you promote it as with this info I can't really say what you need to get more traffic.

In the past I worked with someone who was getting high quality SEO traffic from Google, but I agree it was hard work. Most of what we did was link and article spamming. Is that still effective now with Google, and/or other search engines?
