Realistic, how many usernames followers I can scrape (only the usernames) from a famous account, with safe settings?
Is possible 1 million, 2 million? or is not realistic?
And what mean safe settings for this job?
The bot can scrape multi-threads like 3 accounts scraping each 1 different follower account at the same time?

The question is not software dependent unfortunately.

No, but a chained way is possible.With settings of what amount 1 account can scrape ( safely ).
Multi threading in this case will not help much.

Yes, it does scrape emails and phone numbers as well.
You just have to load the accounts and then scrape using chain.
