That’s one of the most insane things I came across on tiktok. I’m wondering how everyone is receiving the notifications since the people tagged are not actually clickable…. Meaning they should not recieve a notification

Didn't look closely enough at the link itself to give it the time of day, but in fairness, more often than not when you see a post in a forum along the lines of "well this totally random person managed to tag me and I was seen by almost a million people can you take a look at this and see how they managed to find my name?" Is usually a clickbait post that the original poster would be making money off of views from... General rule of thumb anyway, apparently I was incorrect this time
