no offense or something , but there are plenty of tutorial on google and youtube . Many of them are extremely good , read-watch some and then start with baby-steps checking your results and edit what you think should be edited

There are many tutorials on running facebook ads on youtube. Learn them first and make sure you don't make small mistakes. Tuition for facebook account is very expensive
