now te website is just there listed oin flippa , i even reduce the price a little bit , the website has 12 watchers but none of them really made a bid or talked to me what can i do ?

Buyers are (generally) smarter than that.

The market has been insane for a while now with some big markups. So if your site was listed at a 12 month multiple it’d be snapped up. Probably within a few hours.

So it either looks sketchy or the revenue has died to the point where it’s making nowhere near what it was 12 months ago.
