Hope everyone is well!

I thought I would introduce myself on the forum as I've been a lurker here since 2016. I recently saw a thread about how introductions can help you learn here on bhw so I thought I'd give it a try.

My names Dayle I'm 25 and I'm looking to create a side hustle online with the aim of learning as much info as I can, to provide value and eventually earn a full time income online.

I'm not too sure where to start here on the forum and would appreciate any advice to point me in the right direction. I'm overwhelmed by the amount of different methods and find myself jumping in and out of threads with no real knowledge or understanding.

What methods would you guys suggest I learn to start of with? I'm interested in freelancing and Internet marketing, I would like to learn a skill and perhaps freelance in the meantime to improve my knowledge whist working on a side hustle.

I've dabbled in affiliate marketing in the past and don't really have an interest in this area, my methods were a little shady when I did this in my teens. This involved creating fake Google accounts and pretending to be a fitness guru to promote a weight loss plan that helped 'me' lose weight. I used to comment on weight loss forums and blogs and eventually I made 50 dollars, I was surprised my method worked but that's as far as I've gotten to making any income online haha!

Any info or advice would be appreciated, also I feel like im rambled a little so apologies.

Freelancing is a great way to go to get yourself earning once you arm yourself with a skill (Udemy anyone?).
There are many journey threads here where you can see how others have - and still are - doing amazing things.
There are a couple of freelancers who have journey threads where they have earned crazy amounts by working their 'tails' off.

I'd say start exploring IM Journey threads, they offer amazing insights into the whole process and behind the scenes. You can find one on freelancing, starting a blog or anything else that's making money online.

I'm planning to visit Manchester in 2023 so you better be active here by then

My advice would be to focus on doing something you have a genuine interest in and you feel would be valuable to others. If you can build an audience you can nearly always monetize it.
