My question is just that do google index every post it crawls.

hypothetically assume: he didn't indexed my websites when it crawled. is it possible?

If your site or page is new, it might not be indexed because he hasn't had a chance to crawl or index it yet. It takes some time after you publish a new page for it to be crawled and indexed.

NO, google doesn't index every post it crawls

If you use GSC, there's an option there to see posts which were crawled but not indexed.

Why some of the posts are never indexed? Is there any thing you know about it?

Most users do not have any trouble getting their pages crawled
Indexing is complicated

I can only talk from my own experience... but I guess there are many reasons.
For me: shitty content or content which is not relevant any more... Like some posts I created long ago, they have no value now... So I finally deleted or improved most of them.

Crawling is easy. Google usually crawls your link within a few hours if you share it in social media. But indexing may take long time and some links never get indexed. Google has several requirements for indexing. So, all links don't qualify for indexing.
