new proxy, new method of creating ebay accs,

hey guys,
anyone here creating ebay accs successfully cuz for the couple of days, it has become almost impossible to create an ebay acc as once i list the account gets restricted, are you guyes having the same issue? if no please drop some hints and let us make some money again, plus, i dont work with bank info i just drive traffic, anyone needs help with this one im here.
