Dynamic Related Post Is Bad For SEO ?

I know related posts help internal linking.

However, because of the way Wordpress plugins work, those related posts seem to change from time to time. Usually, they change whenever you post a new article, some plugins make it change randomly every time a user visits your page. Thus, this makes the internal linking unstable.

So, the question is that do related posts really help for SEO?

Yes, if the person is on the site and spends more time, its good for your site rankings.

Randomly changing some navigational/bottom of page internal links is a good practice, but all contextual links should remain the same.

I think what he meant is link juice being passed.

To the OP, it obvious doesn't hurt your site is it's still good, if your sole purpose of using them is to pass link juice, you're better off linking manually or using plugins like Link Whisperer.

Are you saying that linking manually or using plugins like Link Whisperer is better than using a Related Posts type of plugin? Why is that?
