More work less hotdog touching. This is easily the toughest battle I've ever faced. I've been able to overcome everything I put my mind and effort to except this. I feel like saying it publicly will help me in my battle of domination over my own primal urges.

I will try for something similar. At the moment I am around 15-16% I beleive. Do you have a strategy in place for it? I am going on a diet as of today (Slimming world) which is pretty good in that it makes it easy to eat healthily but I know from experience I can lose weight slowly and consistently as long as I stick to it. I will probably just do some light exercise along with tha

It really depends where my weight/bodyfat percentage is. Right now, I'm not too far where you're at (~17%) based on what my weight scale says. So, the body fat will come off much easier. However, I find it that I maintain consistent results when I keep my macro nutrients focused on protein and fats. Something like a 40% fat, 35% protein, 25% carbohydrate. But I haven't found my golden ratio rate yet.

Another strategy that helps me keep track is planning and prepping my meals a week ahead. That way, the time you sacrifice on Sunday night cooking will provide the right foods in the right portions with the convenience of ordering takeout or throwing a tv dinner in the microwave.

And the meal prepping not only provides convenience throughout the week, but it also offers more recorded data to keep track of your progress, too. The mirror is maybe the closest truth teller in terms of progress, but a spreadsheet will do a better job removing doubt and help maintain your drive. At least it works for me.

On the other hand, that's just me. You're physiology maybe able to handle carbohydrates better than mine does. So, your macro nutrient profile is probably much different than mine.

My resolutions are:
Business:
1. I need to find a partner to take care of recruiting clients and client management. This will allow me to focus on what I'm good at, and to scale my income without working more.
2. I want to work more with my wife. She is super talented and I'm considering myself lucky that we're both doing IM.
3. I want to expand my skillset. I was always very much into paid search and PPC in general, but want to get into SEO more, which leads me to my last business related point.
4. I want a steady income from a project that involes something I like to write about.

Family and personal life:
1. I want to spend more 1 on 1 time with my daughter. Hopefully to have a shared hobby.
2. Listen to more music, and learn to play another instrument.
3. I really hope to run out of excuses and finally stop smoking.

Pretty much the same.

Increase my Productive Time and cutting crap out of life and focusing on good side

Work Hard. Understand why it is not working. Hopefully make bank.
