Exactly this is what i feel, The domain which scrap content from my website is on top of SERP and our domain ranking performance is really low.

I really don't think these sites will have long-term success, at the moment Google is facing some indexing and ranking issues due to updates, but this won't last that long. To achieve a good ranking, it's often necessary to combine different things and use many variables, and above all to be patient and consistent in your attempt.
