Not sure which kind of insights are you looking for, but I assume, for the forum you have posted this, that you want Facebook ones.
If you need simple Facebook insights, multiple API like Dom Detailer give you basic Facebook stats for a page. AFAIK, the domain scrapper for Scrapebox also could retreive somoething like this
But this is nothing secret, you can query multiple engagement with the latest FB api for certain URL

SEMrush is your best bet. Just do all your research the first 7 days and export it all to PDF to look back once your trial expires

You have some tools that can help you in this and that will generate some basic info about your competitors and their site's performances and general online activity. SEMRush is for example pretty good for these kinds of things and here you have some free, trial features, but I also often use SpyFu tool which really gives you a lot of information about domain authorities, number of organic keywords they are using, number of backlinks, a current ranking that they have, you'll also see a list of some of the referring pages and so on. There is also a section for analyzing their Google ads and paid campaigns.
