@aristocratic was generous enough to provide me with a review of the spreadsheet.
It's a huge bonus that the RD and the DR is included in this. I randomly selected domains from the list and checked these details in Ahrefs and they match up. This is ideal for those that don't want to have to go through the hassle of checking these metrics before contacting a site owner.

I also really like that the spreadsheet had a filter on it so that you can select the niche of your choice. You could add this filter in yourself with Excel, but the fact that it's already included adds that extra bit of finesse to the product.

I've already contacted 2 site owners, and we're discussing where links to my site can go. I can confirm that the price in the spreadsheet is the price that the site owner has quoted me.

This can be an extremely cost effective way to generate links for your site. Remember though that your site has to have quality for anyone to want to link to it. After buying it, make sure that the site that you want the owners to link to is high quality.

I was chosen for a review copy of this list and it was sent to me.

The list is clean and straight to the point with some of the most relevant information you want from such a list. Has 8 columns with these details such as website URL, referring domains(numbers), traffic for both the US and all, domain rating, price and most importantly the email addresses to contact.

I received the list and to be honest I would've liked to spend more time with it to give a more comprehensive review and I'll try to post again in a month or so (if the thread is still open).
This is the time of the year when I wouldn't be bothering people so I did a spot-check by checking how much people charge on fiverr and seoclears. And surprise-surprise, the price in the spreadsheet was lower and sometimes significantly lower. On top of it, you can negotiate with the webmasters.
1. For link sellers, you can sell on more sites but I'm not a link seller.
2. If you're a website owner and want to buy some good links, it's a good way to get links cheaper BUT it really depends on your niche. My niche had only 3 sites + general ones.
Overall, if you want to build GOOD links by yourself then you should get the list. Remember, with niche edits you don't have to pay for good content and hope it gets accepted.
I think if you have $500 to buy some links, then you should buy the list and get some quality links.
